Nightmare House 2 is a free, horror-themed first-person-shooter game, and the direct successor of the first classic horror map pack for Half-Life 2, "Nightmare House" in 2005. Nightmare House 2 is based on the Source Engine by Valve.
The mod is to continue the bizarre story of the stranger who had the misfortune to crash his car outside an old house with a horrific past.
The story resumes with the player lost and confused in a hospital known as "Never Lose Hope". With no understanding of how you came to be there, there's only a vague memory of the mysterious, haunting girl from Nightmare House. Soon it will be difficult to determine between a dream and reality. How long will it take you to realize that escape is not an option?

Half-Life 2: Episode Two is a first-person shooter set in the aftermath of the Citadel's destruction. Players control Gordon Freeman as he and Alyx Vance travel through forests and underground tunnels toward a resistance base, facing Combine forces and new enemy types along the way. The game emphasizes vehicle-based combat sequences alongside the series' physics-driven puzzles and gunplay.
