This version of Clu Clu Land was released for Nintendo's Versus series arcade hardware as Vs. Clu Clu Land. It also received a home release in Japan under the name Clu Clu Land: Welcome to New Clu Clu Land.

Clu Clu Land-e is an e-Reader game released in 2003. The game is a port of the Nintendo Entertainment System video game Clu Clu Land and was part of the third batch of classic NES ports for the e-Reader. The player could play the game by scanning five cards, each one with two barcodes excluding the fifth one, which only had one.

Clu Clu Land D was originally released simply as Clu Clu Land (though the name in the title screen is Clu Clu Land: Welcome to New Clu Clu Land) for the Famicom Disk System, and is a port of VS. Clu Clu Land. The game would later be playable with the localized name as an unlockable in Animal Crossing, alongside the original Clu Clu Land.

The required cards are: Zubat (#117) and Golbat (#60). In Night Flight the player controls a Zubat which must eat as much food as possible. If the player runs into a Koffing three times then the game is over. The Koffing are invisible unless the player uses Zubat's supersonic sound waves.
