Games can be played in two modes, Sudoku Classic which is a 9x9 grid and which has four levels of difficulty, or Sudoku Junior which is a 4x4 grid. Games are timed and the player is awarded points for their completion. The game supports multiple player names so a group of players can compete for top score on the high score table. The Classic puzzles can be printed, e-mailed, or changed to use letters rather than numbers.
