HackRack

HackRack is a game where you live in a city and use your hacking skills to influence the world around you. The player will encounter many people and organizations, and their hacks will impact the world around them. The player will need to expand their living space and secret server room to accommodate computing racks, which can be customized to provide the power, traits, and abilities that their viruses require to overcome even the most secure of systems.
The main character lives in a city and begins their story in less than ideal circumstances. With few options and less money, they are forced to rely on their only marketable skill. Hacking. The character will encounter many people and organizations, and their hacks will impact the world around them. Hacking isn't easy, however. Our character will need extraordinary computing power to create viruses capable of compromising their targeted systems. The player will need to expand their living space and secret server room to accommodate computing racks, which can be customized to provide the power, traits, and abilities that their viruses require to overcome even the most secure of systems. Hacking isn't only about computers though. What information can be gained from people close to the target system? What value will come from a well thought out disguise? Will other hackers met along the way be willing to help in a time of need?

Sorcerer King is a new direction for 4X game design, pitting the player against a single overwhelmingly powerful enemy instead of a set of evenly matched factions racing for abstract victory conditions. Think of the Sorcerer King as the evil mage who won the last traditional 4X game. He has already conquered the world. His enemies (including you) are scattered, their armies broken and cities torn down. His dark minions have free reign to terrorize the survivors everywhere except a few tiny outposts of civilization (like the one you start in) too insignificant to crush.

Shelly “Bombshell” Harrison takes on a quest to slay evil transhumanist mastermind Dr. Jadus Heskel in the streets of Neo DC. She leaves a trail of carnage throughout huge, multi-path levels filled with gigantic explosions, more secret areas than we can count, and inhuman foes behind every corner. There’s no regenerating health here; stop taking cover and start running and gunning. Shelly’s crusade to take down Heskel’s army will see her leave destruction in her wake with a wide arsenal of weapons, complete with alternate fire modes and different ammo types. Ion Fury laughs at the idea of mandatory checkpoints and straight paths through shooting galleries. But, just because this is a true old-school first-person shooter doesn’t mean we've ignored all the good new stuff the last two decades have brought. Headshots? Hell yeah. More physics and interactivity? You betcha. 3DRealms, Voidpoint and 1C Entertainment have taken the best of both worlds and cooked it all into a bloody stew.

Slay the Spire is a single-player roguelike deck-building game. Players choose from four characters, each with a unique set of cards, and attempt to climb a procedurally generated spire consisting of multiple floors of increasingly difficult enemies and bosses. Combat uses a card-based system where players build and refine their deck on the fly from rewards earned through encounters. Between battles, players collect relics that provide permanent buffs and make strategic choices about which paths to take, which cards to add or remove, and how to spend limited resources. The game is widely credited with popularizing the roguelike deck-building genre.
