In Culdcept you are a Cepter, a powerful magic summoner who uses cards that are fractions of the creator goddess Culdra. You collect cards by beating other powerful Cepters in battles on table-top style game boards. If you win, your reward is to create a new world under Culdra and become a new god.

The 2000 PlayStation re-issuse, "Culdcept Expansion Plus", adds an additional 20 tournament maps, which can also be saved to a memory card for play on the previous release of the game.

Maze Heroes is a curious mix between a board game and a rpg game. The gameaply is similar to a board game, the player roll a dice and advance to each board table until he can meet against the end level boss.
